Model of the Week – Snowman

24.12.2019 by DGG

In this gallery blog we present the most recent models optimized with RapidCompact.

This weeks model is a special one! Our happy snowman heralds the start of the holiday season this winter on Dec 24th 2019! We also used this model to create our unique season’s greetings card.

For optimal results we further subdivided the original model to get a very smooth and polished look, after that we optimized with RapidCompact and also baked new normal and occlusion maps. You can see the result for yourself below!

You can find the original Model by abramsdesign @turbosquid here.

The web visualization might differ from the original due to a different (environment) lighting setup.
